• Millionaire A is looking for a 50 ft Ocean Yacht and meets Yacht Broker B at one of our chamber events and the broker just happens to know an individual with the exact boat and the owner of the boat recently lost alot of money in the market so he parts with the boat at a discount of over 30% off market value. Millionaire A at this point is very pleased that he had met Yacht Broker B and vice versa the yacht broker is happy to have landed a sale.
• Non-Profit fundraiser A attends the chamber's annual Equestrian Gala only to end up rubbing shoulders with Philanthropist B and was surprised they share many common interests. A long relationship is formed.
